By accessing or using UPSCIAS (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Your Account
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- One account per person. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including scraping content, reselling access, uploading unlawful material, or attempting to disrupt the service.
Subscriptions and Billing
- Access is free for the trial period, after which a paid subscription is required for premium sections.
- Subscription fees are billed through our payment partner (Razorpay).

Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including study material, current affairs articles, videos, maps and infographics — is owned by UPSCIAS and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial study use only.
Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UPSCIAS is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad.
